These terms apply to use of the Your AI Cleaner website and quote-request form. Service details for a particular job are confirmed separately in the accepted written quote or service agreement.
Quote requests and appointment confirmation
Submitting a form sends an enquiry for review. It is not an accepted quote, confirmed appointment, or guarantee of availability. The business will confirm the agreed work, price, date, and arrival details separately. Do not rely on a requested date until the business confirms it.
Scope and pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided and, when needed, a review of the space. The written quote will describe the agreed tasks and price. If the requested work changes or the actual conditions differ materially from the information provided, the business will discuss any scope or price change with the customer before proceeding with additional work.
The website estimator uses customer-entered room dimensions and counts to calculate preliminary ranges from starter rates. It does not scan photos, verify measurements, or determine the final work scope. An estimate is not a binding quote; the business confirms the work and final price with you before booking.
Access and site information
You must be authorized to arrange cleaning at the property and coordinate access for a confirmed appointment. Tell the business about relevant surface sensitivities, restricted areas, known hazards, and product preferences before work begins. Do not enter door or alarm codes, payment-card data, or similarly sensitive details in the website form; coordinate necessary access details directly after an appointment is confirmed.
Cleaning products and results
Product requests and lower-waste or fragrance-free preferences will be considered when suitable for the surface, task, and site requirements. The business will discuss cleaning and disinfection needs as part of the agreed scope. The website’s general service descriptions do not replace the written scope for a particular job.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Please contact the business as soon as possible to request a schedule change. Any cancellation charge or special rescheduling term applies only if it is clearly included in the written quote or service agreement accepted for that appointment.
Payment
The website itself does not collect payment or payment-card information. Payment amount, method, and timing will be stated in the accepted quote or service agreement. For the current service workflow, the customer is invoiced after the agreed cleaning is completed. An administrator may save a hosted payment link from the chosen payment provider and open a prepared email or text message to review and send. The administrator must send that message manually. Payments are processed by the payment provider under its terms; the website does not charge a card or process a payment.
Website use
Please provide accurate information in quote requests and do not use the website to interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or access administrative areas without authorization. The Your AI Cleaner name, written content, and original site materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms when the website or services change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by applicable California law and do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
