This policy explains how Your AI Cleaner handles information when people visit the website, request a quote, or arrange a cleaning service.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, the website stores the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, city or ZIP code, optional preferred date, and message. The system also records the request time and its status so the business can manage and respond to enquiries. The on-page estimator calculates floor area and preliminary price ranges in your browser from the dimensions and item counts you enter. Those measurements and counts are not sent to us unless you choose an estimate, include it in a quote request, and submit the form.

For appointments and completed services, authorized business administrators may keep customer name, the email address and/or phone number used to coordinate service, appointment date and time, reference, service duration, number of cleaners assigned, job status, agreed amount due, payment status, payment method, a non-sensitive payment reference, and a hosted payment-link URL from the selected payment provider. The website does not request or store full payment-card or bank-account numbers. If you use a payment link, the payment provider processes the transaction under its own privacy policy and terms.

Firebase and the website hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service, such as IP address, browser/device information, and service logs. Google states that Firebase Hosting uses incoming IP addresses to detect abuse and provide usage analysis, and retains IP data for a few months. When authorized administrators sign in, Firebase Authentication may process administrator email addresses, user-agent information, and IP addresses for account access and security. How we use information

• Respond to enquiries and prepare cleaning quotes.

• Manage completed work, invoices, and payment records.
• Maintain business records, protect the website, and address service issues or legal obligations.

How information is stored and shared

Quote requests and appointment records are stored in Google Firebase services used by the business. Authorized business administrators can access records to respond to customers and manage services. Google provides hosting, database, and administrative authentication services and may process information as described in its privacy materials. We may also disclose information when legally required or when needed to protect the rights, safety, or security of customers and the business.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current website code does not include advertising trackers or analytics tools.

Cookies, Do Not Track, and cross-site tracking

The current website code does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and Your AI Cleaner does not track visitors across third-party websites for targeted advertising. We do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals because the site does not conduct that type of tracking. Firebase and hosting providers may process technical information to deliver and protect their services as described above.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, provide and document services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to required records and provider backup or system-retention periods.

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards for business records. No website or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit a quote request. Do not include door codes, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information in the message field. If you want to ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, use the contact form and write “Privacy Request” in your message. We may ask for reasonable information to verify a request before acting.

California privacy rights may apply depending on the business and the request. Where applicable, these may include rights to know, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. The California Attorney General explains the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children

This website and cleaning enquiry service are intended for adults arranging services. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The “Last updated” date above will change when a revised policy is posted.

A quote request is stored so the business can respond. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or collect payment.
